Good Morning Farr Falcons!

Today is day the fourth day of school, our first morning message of the new school year, and today is Monday August 29th, 2016.  The forecast calls for mostly sunny skies with a high of about 91 degrees, so make sure you drink a lot of water.


Please stand for the pledge of allegiance and this morning we have yours truly to lead us in the pledge...Put your right hand over your heart, ready begin...

This year, you will be learning about what it means to be a good Falcon. To be a good Falcon we must S.O.A.R. S.O.A.R. means to Stay Safe at School, Own Our School, Act Responsibly, And Respect Everyone. These are easy to remember because Falcons S.O.A.R . That's why we use the acronym SOAR. S for Stay Safe, O for Own our School, A for Act Responsibly, and R for Respect Everyone; and remember every Farr Falcon can SOAR!

The PTA Book Fair will begin today, so see what interests you, tell your parents, and get a book that you can read in class, with your parents, or with a friend.  See you at the Book Fair!

Safety First!
  • On your way to and from school remember to use all crosswalks, obey all traffic signals, and watch out for one another.
  • Please remember to walk when traveling through campus.
  • Also, remember to use quiet voices in all academic areas.
  • Play safe on the playground and when the bell rings to line up, you freeze, wait for a teacher to blow his or her whistle, and walk to your line safely. We do not want anyone running as you could get hurt.
  • When you arrive at school in the morning, you are to to sit at the lunch tables. All students are to remain sitting at the lunch tables until a teacher says that you may get up to line up.
  • At the end of the day, please leave the campus quickly and either walk home or wait in front of the office for you parents.  If your ride is not there, please wait at the front of the school patiently and quietly for your ride.
