Teachers, please excuse this brief interruption.

Good Afternoon Farr Falcons!

This is Mr. Herman and today is Friday, January 19th, 2018, and before we leave today for the weekend, I wanted to remind you of what it means to SOAR.

Remember that when we SOAR, we S - Stay Safe, O - Own our School, A - Act Responsibly, and R - Respect Everyone, and when we follow these expectations we feel good about ourselves and about our school; and all this week and last I have had the pleasure of watching many of you come into the computer labs to take the MAP tests and you have emulated what it means to be a good Falcon by SOARing.  You have SOARed by coming in quietly, working hard, and by taking your time; and because of this many of you have reached your goals.  Great job Falcons!

Today, I also wanted to focus on and congratulate one of our second-grade classes for their perfect attendance this week.  The students in this class have exemplified the SOAR expectations by making it to school every day and on time, and our perfect attendance class for this week is...Mr. Szakall's class!  Congratulations boys and girls!

And...Finally, have a great day, stay safe this weekend, and remember the most important thing you do Monday is to come to school because when you miss school, you miss out!
