in 1963 Police break up a walk to city hall to register to vote in Birmingham Alabama and arrested the first 15 African Americans on the walk to the county courthouse.

At Farr Avenue School, Falcon's S.O.A.R...

This week we continue to review what good Falcons do and Owning our School and Acting Responsibly are always important because when we do these things, it shows that we care and when we care we tend to do better and feel good about our school and ourselves.

Nelson Mandela, a South African anti-apartheid revolutionary, political leader, and philanthropist, who served as President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999, said, "It always seems impossible until it's done."

Remember that when traveling through campus you are to stay on all paved areas and off of our grass and landscaped areas because we want all of our plants to grow.

Also remember to be respectful to all students by being quiet while in the office and library; and always remember to stay safe, own our school, act responsibly, and respect everyone where ever you go!
