And this week is, Way of the Week, week 3 - Respect Gandhi taught, “Language is an exact reflection of the character and growth of its speakers.” This means that the words you choose when talking to others affects how others think about you. The words you choose also affect how you make others feel. Hurtful words bring about hurtful feelings. Kind and respectful words bring with them feelings of kindness and an atmosphere of respect.

Daily Challenge: This week, contribute to creating a peaceful community by using respectful language. Respect yourself and others by choosing not to use any profanity or “put-downs.”
And, don't forget this Friday is "Dream of Kindness Day" so make sure to wear your pajamas!

And today we have ...... from Ms. Meza'a class to lead you in the pledge. Now, please stand...Put your right hand over your heart, ready begin...

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
