This week remember to SOAR by staying safe around all areas of our school and in our community. Can you give some good examples of how to stay safe at school and in your community? Please share these examples with your teachers and classmates so that you know what to do to stay safe.

Also, remember that we are still observing the Season For Non-Violence and during this time we should try to challenge ourselves to be better people by thinking about what we can do to improve ourselves. Remember that change begins with you!

And today we have Dayanara Caudillo from Mrs. Baehr's class to lead you in the pledge. Now, please stand...Put your right hand over your heart, ready begin...

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Special Announcements

Please remember that when you are in the hallways, in the office, or in the library, you are quiet and respectful of those students who are doing their best and working hard on the MAP and ELPAC Tests.

Also, those of you who are taking tests, remember that you need to slow down, read the questions thoroughly, listen carefully, and try your very best. Those of you who have been taking your time and working hard, I have seen your excellent scores so keep up your hard work and go for gold on everything you do!

Finally, remember that when traveling through campus you should stay off of landscaped areas, the grass, and planters; and walk on the paths so that our grass and plants can grow.
Thank you very much for your attention to this morning's message, S.O.A.R. today, and remember to come to school every day and on time because when you miss school you miss out.
